Product Overview
This experimental format gives product teams a smaller platform for checking material behaviour, fill weight, non-woven film and seal quality before moving to a production machine. Dry and moist granules use different metering arrangements, while the sealing section can be configured for heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing.
Machine Details
The compact upper section supports the selected dry- or moist-material metering arrangement.
Guide rollers, forming hardware and sealing components in the single-row working area.
How It Works
- 1
Load material
Prepared dry or moist granules are supplied to the selected compact metering unit.
- 2
Feed non-woven film
A narrow film web runs through the guide rollers into the forming section.
- 3
Meter, form & seal
The measured fill enters the formed pouch before the selected heat-seal or ultrasonic operation.
- 4
Cut & collect
Finished sample pouches are cut and collected for inspection or testing.

Output, dosing and seal quality depend on the selected material, film and sealing configuration. Confirm final operating values with your material and packaging specification.
Configuration & Options
- Choose heat sealing for heat-sealable non-woven film, or ultrasonic sealing when that seal route is required.
- Metering hardware is selected for the actual material condition; a sample test is required before final configuration.
- Optional items listed for the product family include cutter variants, embossed seals, vibration feeding and pouch-clamp or inspection functions.
