Product Overview
The twenty-lane format scales pouch production by running parallel dosing, forming, sealing and cutting paths in one machine. Dry granules use horizontal screw metering and moist granules use rotary measuring cups. Published values are shown per lane so output can be evaluated without treating a calculated total as a guaranteed site result.

The guarded lower working area coordinates parallel film forming, sealing and cutting.

Configuration & Options
- Dry and moist products use different feeding and metering hardware; confirm the actual material before quotation.
- Vacuum feeding drum options are listed at 100 L for the dry setup and 50 L for the moist setup.
- Optional functions include embossed seals, patterned cutting, clamp-material inspection and reject handling.
